Recurring maintenance schedules now support Fixed and Floating trigger modes, so wear-based work can run on a simple interval without calendar anchors. When you defer a single occurrence on the Maintenance Gantt, forecast markers clear on the vacated day and the days in between. Work schedule sidebars also gain an Activity tab with readable field-level change history.
Risk assessments are now built from addable, reorderable sections, including maps, photo galleries, linked documents, and hazardous materials. Calm Mode gives you a slider to turn down notification email while inbox delivery stays instant. Sites can require triage on incoming issues and requests, with a Reported queue managers accept or decline before work begins.
A Support button in the sidebar opens in-app help and guides, with onboarding tasks linking through to the same library. Premises settings gains an Import & Export tab for register export and bulk import, separate from general site options. When someone emails an issue, request, or incident to your site, photo attachments now come through on the ticket.
A single Distributions page under Insights brings documents, risks, and forms together with redesigned lists grouped by status and expandable recipient detail. Reviews now have a dedicated home under Insights, with redesigned schedule cards on individual items and review dates calculated from first publication. The standards library adds ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, custom standard authoring, parent organisation controls, version upgrades, and flexible evidence linking.

Standards brings recognised frameworks like ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 into CalmCompliance with scoped requirements, linked evidence, and a RAG compliance dashboard. You can also define your own standards. Search now matches tag names; category and tag filters move into the main filter bar on documents, forms, and assets; and approval templates and review policies can be archived instead of deleted.
Issues, requests and incidents share a single Service Desk inbox with ticket references per site. Notifications get a rebuilt inbox, email reply threading, and finer-grained preferences. Tag filters gain Match Any or Match All across modules, with chemical notation in risk fields and collapsed-sidebar flyouts also shipping.
Groups move into Contacts next to people and companies, with a richer group detail page, clearer member editing, and inherited memberships shown as locked rows. Company records gain UK registration and address blocks with optional Companies House search, weekly sync, and sensitive-data reveal logging. Work orders linked to tickets now drive ticket status automatically, with both rules in one place and expandable links between tickets and work orders.
Risk assessments gain draft-and-publish versions with history tied to approvals and distributions; form templates convert to checklists with AI; sites get dedicated reporting QR codes and clearer settings; uncategorised and untagged filters roll out product-wide, with bulk asset creation and QR PDF export also shipping.
Tickets can auto-move when linked work orders close; incident timelines gain document and risk-assessment review steps; flagged checklist lines become drafted issues or requests with AI; Risks adds an Insights area; asset definitions support Uniclass 2015; DfE surveys tighten taxonomy; the site switcher is searchable.

Require photos before closing work orders or tickets, create assets in bulk with a three-step wizard, group the planned work timeline by category or location, import risk assessments from PDFs, and attach an image gallery to any work order.
Service desk tickets now move through a proper status workflow, default assignees land tickets in the right queue on creation, work schedules run on any interval, and you can reassign records directly from list views.
