Checklist issues, saved form progress, bulk location setup

Raise issues and requests directly from a checklist
Staff running a work order checklist sometimes spot problems that need separate attention: a broken fitting, a safety concern, something that needs a manager's sign-off. Before, you'd finish the checklist, navigate elsewhere, and try to recreate context from memory. Now you can raise a service desk issue or request from any checklist step. The ticket arrives with the relevant work order attached; photos from that step copy across.
Staff can flag it, keep moving, and know it's been captured. No mental note, no WhatsApp message.

Form progress is saved if your browser closes
On mobile, particularly Android, the browser kills background tabs if you switch apps for too long. If you were filling out an inspection form, that meant losing everything and starting over. Form progress now saves as you go. Reopen the form later and it picks up where you left off: field values, submitter details, everything.
The save ties to the session, expires after 24 hours, and clears on submission. There's nothing to enable. If your team runs forms in the field on shared or personal devices, one of the more frustrating failure modes is gone.
Add an entire building's locations in one go
Setting up a new site used to mean creating locations one at a time: building, floors, rooms, each as a separate step. The bulk location tool lets you define a full building hierarchy in a single form. Add multiple buildings, specify floor counts, define the room types underneath. CalmCompliance builds the parent-child structure, inserts floors in order, and names them sequentially: Block A, Block A Floor 1, and so on.
Onboarding a large site or a new building, what took an hour of data entry now takes a few minutes. The tool is in the Add Location menu on any premises.
