Recording engagement
The school should keep a record of each pupil’s engagement with remote education. The record should be maintained in [remote education record location].
Monitoring engagement
The school should monitor each pupil’s engagement with remote education using the engagement records.
Separation from attendance records
Records of engagement with remote education must not be treated as formally tracked attendance-register entries.
