Phone walks that stay on Locations and Assets, simpler asset imports, and assigned members who can close tickets

This week is about filling the register and closing the work that follows: walks that stay on the pages you already use, a simpler import, and tickets that close when the assigned person finishes.
Keep Walk-Round Captures on Locations and Assets
A phone walk through a building used to stop at 100 captures. Review sat behind a Premises onboarding item that bounced you elsewhere, so the photos sat on a page you had already left.
Setup now stays on Locations and Assets. Banners and the review list sit on those pages whenever the site has captures to finish. Review can suggest a class from the catalogue even if the site has not turned that class on yet. Creating the list enables that class. A walk is no longer refused because the list grew.
The eight-photo limit per asset is unchanged.

Import a Simple Asset List
Importing assets meant a spreadsheet that already had tags, locations and class codes. Many site lists are just manufacturer, description and model.
You can import that simpler sheet. Tags and locations are optional. Choose a default existing location for rows that have none, or leave them without a location, then change or clear locations on Review. Pick asset classes by name, not codes. When organisation AI features are on, CalmCompliance can suggest classes for unclassified manufacturer and model pairs. You accept a suggestion or pick the class yourself.

Close a Ticket When the Assigned Person Finishes
Assigned members who marked an issue or request complete waited on a manager before the ticket closed.
They now close the ticket when they complete it. Sites that want a manager to approve those completions turn on Require Manager Sign-off under Settings → Service Desk. Managers who complete a ticket still close it themselves.
