Incident Insights now answers what happened over a period you choose, and a standard can tell a site which work schedule to run.

Until now, incident Insights showed the current workload: open, under investigation, unassigned. The list answered who still needed attention. How many incidents occurred last quarter, which categories rose, and which locations kept appearing lived outside that view.

Incidents → Insights now analyses occurrence over a date range. It opens on the last three months. You can switch to 1, 12 or 24 months, or pick your own dates. Category, severity and location filters apply across five views: volume over time, category, severity, a ranked location list, and a weekday heatmap in site time. Click a chart to open the matching records, including ones already closed.

The current-work counts move to the incident list. Total Incidents, Open, Under Investigation and Unassigned sit above the table and follow the list's filters, not the page you are on. A full PDF export keeps the dates, filters and volume grouping you selected.

Prescribe the Schedule a Standard Needs

A work-schedule evidence slot used to ask for a schedule without saying what to set up. Sites linked whatever they had. An old missed job could keep the requirement failing after the schedule had recovered.

On the evidence slot you can now prescribe a schedule name, the work, and the minimum frequency. The site creates a schedule from those defaults, or links one they already run. A new schedule starts inactive until Operations turns it on. Creating nothing is still a choice.

CalmCompliance then judges the linked schedule on how it is running today: inactive, overdue, or not meeting the gap the standard asks for. Completing the overdue work clears the health gap. Skipping or cancelling a job does not. Publishing a tighter version of the standard leaves existing adoptions on the older frequency until the site upgrades.

The Activity tab on a schedule now shows a compact timeline of who changed what, with full before-and-after values behind View Changes.
