Purpose
The purpose of this arrangement is to ensure that first-aid needs and provision are reconsidered after a major change, so that the arrangements remain appropriate.
When to review
Following a major change at [school name], reconsider the first-aid needs and provision. Examples include changes to staff or premises, as well as other major changes to relevant arrangements.

Responsibility
The person responsible for first-aid arrangements, [first aid lead role], should coordinate the review after a major change and ensure that any necessary updates are identified.
