What's New: Week of 21 September 2026

You can now change a filtered set of assets in one pass, see a series of levels as one row, and reuse evidence you have linked.

Change Class, Location or Tags across Assets

Changing class, location or tags across a filtered set meant opening records one by one.

Assets now has Bulk Actions beside Add Assets. Choose Change Class, Set Location, or Add or Remove Tags. The action defaults to every asset that matches the search and filters you have open. Tick rows if you want only those. Select All N Matching covers the current filter. You review a class change before it applies.

The new class becomes the primary on those assets, and the old class filter no longer lists them. Tags add or remove without replacing the rest. You cannot change class on an inherited or integration-managed model, run the action on more than 2,000 matching assets, or move a disposed asset.

See the Highest Level You Have Achieved

A programme with several levels sat as separate cards. You could adopt a later level before an earlier one was in place.

Standards groups related levels into one series. The site list shows one expandable row: the highest level achieved, and working towards the next level only while that next level is still being set up. A level counts as achieved when it is active and Green or Amber, and every earlier level is achieved too. You cannot adopt a later level until every earlier level has a current adoption.

When you adopt a second standard at the same site, the form pre-fills answers you gave on another current standard, and names the programme they came from. If two current adoptions disagree, the form leaves the question blank. Changing a shared answer offers to update the other adoptions.

Reuse Evidence on Related Requirements

Linking a policy or uploading a file met one requirement. A related requirement at the same site still asked you to find that evidence again.

After you link a record or upload a file, the requirement page can offer that evidence on related requirements at the same site. Related means one requirement builds on another, they are treated as equivalent, or they share a clause. Nothing is linked until you accept. Applicability does not change.

Those related requirements sit in the same card style as evidence slots, with Use Here on the reusable evidence.

An open evidence slot can now carry setup for the type you link: a Personnel template, a work-schedule name and minimum frequency, or a maximum age for an uploaded file. When you set an age, the slot needs a newer file once the latest one is older than that age.
