Training: Calm courses, assessments, and quizzes
Quizzes have moved out of the Documents module into Training as a standalone library, so they’re available across more of the platform. They used to sit mainly in document acknowledgment workflows; you can now use them as course assessments and as acknowledgment steps on risk assessments and documents.
You can build internal training courses in CalmCompliance. A Calm course is made up of steps, each one can be a document, a form, a video, a PDF, or a risk assessment, and you publish it to assigned individuals or groups. Learners get a "My Courses" page with assigned training and a step-by-step timeline that shows where to pick up. Courses can end with an assessment quiz, a configurable pass mark, and an attempt limit; learners have to pass before the course counts complete, and managers can review scores and attempts from the course view.

When you distribute a risk assessment, you can use the quiz acknowledgment type. Pick an existing quiz or generate one from the risk assessment content with AI just like with Documents.
Location access blocks
Premises locations support an "Access Instructions" block type — a rich text area for entry procedures, keypad codes, contact numbers, or anything else someone needs to get into the space. It follows the QR scan flow: when a member scans a location QR code, access instructions appear with the usual location details.

Two controls set how the block behaves. Scan visibility chooses whether the access block appears on public QR scans or only for signed-in users. With view recording on, each time a member opens the access information on a scan page is logged, which is useful for an audit trail in restricted areas. When recording is on, scan visibility is automatically restricted to signed-in members only.
A few smaller things
Asset and location detail pages show condition survey data in a card: the latest survey’s grade, priority findings, and an expandable row-by-row table, with older surveys underneath and links to the full survey record.
You can set categories, severity, priority, and tags from list views across the app: documents, forms, incidents, issues, work orders, asset definitions, and risk sets. So now you triage and organise without opening every record.
When you add a checklist to a work order or schedule, "Create Checklist" appears inline in the selector: generate one with AI or build it by hand without leaving the flow.
